I offer a unique and integrated approach to Massage Therapy that draws on a wide range of techniques, including Trigger Point Therapy, Pressure Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilisation, and more. My treatments provide targeted relief to areas of tension, helping to restore ease and mobility in the body.

I work intuitively, drawing on both clinical knowledge and instinct to tailor each treatment to your specific needs. Every session is a personalised experience designed to support your body’s natural healing processes.

BOWEN THERAPY

Bowen therapy is a soft tissue release technique which helps the body find balance (homeostasis). Bowen puts your body into the parasympethic state "rest and digest" where healing can take place. The technique consists of gentle rolling motions over tendons, muscles, ligaments and fascia. These moves initiate the body's innate self healing, allowing the body to heal at its own pace. 

Bowen Therapy primarily works on releasing Fascia which is a connective tissue running through the whole body both superficially and deep. Fascia holds together the entire body and simply put when the fascia is healthy, the body will function better. 

What so many people love about Bowen Therapy is the combination of energetic and physical healing.

Bowen Therapy relieves physical aches and pains whilst creating energetic balance within the body. It is suitable for people of all ages. Bowen Therapy can have long lasting benefits and can be very effective in treating a wide array of chronic and acute conditions.​​​

In my Basics Of Bowen Therapy Workshop you will learn the beginning Bowen Therapy moves to initiate the body’s own healing mechanisms, learn how Bowen therapy works, self-healing benefits, the history and how to help relax a person with the technique. My Bowen Therapy Trainings are for anyone looking to help family,friends or existing clients.

QI GONG​

Qi Gong or Chi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice for cultivating life force energy. The main purpose of qi gong is to relieve stress and tension from the body using rhythmic movements, visualisation, breathing and intention. These practices generate and circulate Qi (energy) throughout the body.  Try thinking of it as mindful movement or movement meditation creating a smooth flow of energy through the body.​

Practicing Qi Gong everyday has many benefits such as calming the mind, promoting circulation, improving energy levels and mood. Personally I find qi gong gives me the energy and focus to whatever I put my mind too. Qi gong is all about feeling, experiencing and getting out of your head. When we experience and feel we get into the flow state or qi state. Qi gong is easy to learn and can be performed by all ages.
